We offer an 8 week course called Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which use meditation and gentle movements to cultivate awareness, leading to many health benefits. It is a secular approach, and is practiced by people with differents faiths or no faith at all. MBSR is based on two decades of international scientific research and has been completed by over 17,000 people in the United States alone. The BBC say MBSR has 'a proven positive effect on several clinical and non clinical problems'.
