- Our main offering is an eight week course, in a small group in Hampton Hill, TW12 1LE.
- The groups are small in size with a maximum of about 6 participants.
- We only have small groups to ensure you learn mindfulness properly. Click here for a guidline syllabus.
- For the eight week courses, you get a one to one discussion of up to 30 minutes to see if it's right for you (worth £30 normally), handouts every week and CDs (worth about £20) included as well as support throughout the course.
- If you are not satisfied with the course having attended all the sessions and done the recommended home practice, you get all your money back as long as you return the CDs in good condition.
Can I try a low cost one off session to see if it's for me?
Yes. We hold sessions on an evening every month.

7.15 - Guided Mindfulness Meditation Practice

- There is plenty of free parking and it is 2 minutes from a bus stop (buses from Kew, Richmond, Teddington and Kingston) and 15 minutes walk from Fulwell Station (Trains to/from Waterloo).
- From Richmond station, take the R68 (slower) or R70 (that's quicker) which stops right outside Tesco in Hampton Hill. The course is just 2 minutes walk from there.
- When getting to Taylor Close, always enter via Edward Road.It is also two minutes walk from the popular Bushey Park, home to deers and pretty wildlife.
- The park is one of the largest open spaces in London. A lovely place for a stroll after a mindfulness session!
Hampton Hill is located at 'A'. It is in south west London.
What does the course involve?
Apart from attending the course sessions, to get the most out of the course, you need to put into practice the homework. The homework is practising what has been taught in class and varies slightly every session. Experience shows that those that those who practice get the most out of the course.
What else do I get? Do I need anything?
You will receive a booklet outlining the course structure, and a set of CDs to practice with. You just need to bring comfortable clothes, something to lie down on if you wish, and an open mind.
